§Privacy notice

How your information is handled.

Last updated: 14 September 2026

This notice explains what personal information is collected when you visit veniceasour.com or get in touch, why, and what choices you have. In short: this site does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers, and your information is never sold.

Who is responsible

Marketing Recipes LLC, the consultancy of Venice Asourmatzian, based in Austin, Texas, and working with clients worldwide. For any privacy question or request, email hello@veniceasour.com.

What is collected

Why it is used

Information is used only to reply to enquiries, arrange and hold calls, and discuss or deliver work you have asked about. Where data protection laws such as the UK or EU GDPR apply, this is based on legitimate interests in responding to you, or on taking steps at your request before entering a contract.

Who it is shared with

Only the service providers that make this possible: email hosting, Calendly for bookings, GitHub for hosting and Google Fonts. They process data on their own infrastructure, which may be outside your country. Information is never sold or shared for advertising.

How long it is kept

Enquiry emails and booking details are kept for up to two years after the last contact, unless they become part of ongoing work, in which case they are kept for as long as needed for that work and any legal or accounting obligations.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you can ask to access, correct or delete the information held about you, or object to how it is used. Email hello@veniceasour.com and you will get a reply within one month. If you are in the UK or EU and are unhappy with the response, you can complain to your data protection authority, such as the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.

Children

This site is intended for business audiences and is not directed at children.
